As a Construction Client, Safe Construction Design can advise and assist you to carry out you duties under the CDM Regulations, guiding you through the Construction process. We also ensure that the other members of the project team are co-operating, co-ordinating with each other, and designing out risk, giving you the assurance that they are also complying with the Regulations. This can include leading initiatives on the Clients behalf to push the boundaries of H&S compliance and best industry practice.
Principal Contractor Advisor
Safe Construction Design can assist Principal Contractors to carry out their duties under the CDM Regulations. This can include developing Construction Phase H&S Plans, production of and the review of sub-contractor RAMS, Traffic Management Plans, Site plans, Inductions & Site Audits. We can help you drive your H&S systems beyond compliance by advising on best industry practice, while keeping cost and time impacts in check.
SME Contractor H&S Advisor
Safe Construction Design are able to provide advice and assistance to SME Contractors who do not have their own dedicated H&S Advisor/Manager. This can include developing project specific or task specific RAMS, Permits to Work, inductions, auditing and development of H&S Management systems.
Occupational H&S Advisor
Safe Construction Design are able to offer competent H&S advice and assistance to businesses, advising you on how they can keep your staff safe and healthy. This includes among others, the identification of job specific risk, preparation of policies and procedures, and the development of H&S Management systems as standalone systems or part of an externally accredited Integrated Management System.
